(Pool bar (like a real pool, not billiards) in PDT with tropical vibes. So excited for this one)
Santurce Brewery
(Rumor has it that they’re opening a brick and mortar location on Calle Cerra)
Godai
(The Sakana family of Japanese concepts seems to be combining all under one roof as Godai, with the various concepts throughout the space. Can’t wait to see what they do beyond the Omakase which is currently the only non-takeout option they offer)
CHAMP Á
(Rumor has it that they’re going to be a French-inspired Champagne Bar in Hato Rey)
Loiza Roofyard
(Bar and restaurant above Bocca on Loiza, currently soft opening)
Francos Pizza
(Same team behind Celeste, so you know it’s going to be great! Also in PDT)
Ka
(Yakitori bar by the same team as Suite 101 / Taberu. Authentic yakitori by a Japanese chef - they’re doing delivery to start and it looks amazing)
New Cafe Regina
(Around the corner from their current space will be a much larger indoor space, also serving dinner a couple of nights a week. I love their breakfast / lunch and can’t wait to see what they do for dinner!)
Anita Gelato on Ashford
(My favorite ice cream shop in VSJ is opening up on Ashford!)
