Fidela’s brick and mortar location is finally open, and the food coming out of the kitchen is already some of the best in San Juan. I thought the Honey Pepperoni and the Tomate, Buratra Y Pepperoni were killer, and even the non-pizza items were just as good. All the appetizers - the boquerones, tomato salad, and stratcciatella with bread were awesome and easy to share. Everyone working there is crushing it and clearly having at great time too! The wait can be pretty long but it’s worth it: just put down your name go grab some wine at Hermanos Lucca or a cocktail at Penultima while you wait.
